Hit and Run Golf is an opportunity to combine the skill of golf with the speed and endurance of running.

On June 14, 2010 at Angus Glen Golf and Country Club, the 5th Annual Dr. Jay Hit and Run Golf Event takes place with proceeds going to fund pediatric palliative care through the Dr. Jay Children's Grief Counseling Program. This is the only program in Canada where specifically trained palliative care therapists offer grief counseling to dying children and children whose parent or sibling is dying to help them deal with the tragedy of death in a healthy and meaningful way.
